1. Security Technology and Preparedness
Scaffolders must undergo pre-employment physicals and training, and are only eligible to work once they pass the examination; workers who fail to pass the assessment are prohibited from construction activities. Prior to construction, weather information must be checked, and work is not permitted in wind speeds above 6 levels or during extreme weather conditions.
After the scaffolding begins to be assembled, set up both up and down passages as well as pedestrian walkways, and do not place cables, wires, and other construction materials directly on the steel pipes of the scaffolding to prevent electric shocks.
2. Scaffold plank standards
Each scaffold board must weigh less than 30 kilograms and can be made of either steel or wood. The length of each board should be between 2 to 6 meters, the width should be between 23 to 25 centimeters, and the thickness must be greater than 5 centimeters to meet regulations.
3. Establishing Standard Steel Pipe Construction
Scaffold construction requires steel pipes with a diameter of 4.8 cm, an inner wall thickness of 0.35 cm, horizontal crossbars of 220 cm, and vertical uprights between 600-650 cm. The external surface of the steel pipes must be smooth, straight, and free of burrs, without any damage or deformation.
Ensure full, even, and stable laying during installation.
During the construction process, rope tensioning can be applied as necessary to prevent deformation and toppling.
