Lubrication Methods for Conveying Equipment

1. Manual Lubrication System: The manual oil station should ideally be installed at the center of the lubrication system, while the distributor should be mounted on the equipment being lubricated. The installation location should be easily observable and accessible for maintenance, without obstructing pathways. The material for the lubrication pipes is generally cold-rolled seamless steel pipe, and copper pipes can be used for the pipes after the distributor. For movable lubrication points, a rubber hose with a steel wire braided layer is mandatory.

2. Electric Lubrication System: The electric lubrication station is typically installed at the central position of the lubrication system and usually requires a dedicated lubrication station room, ensuring cleanliness and dust-free conditions. The dual-line lubrication system can supply oil to both lines separately through an electromagnetic directional valve. The pressure differential switch is usually installed at the end of the main pipeline and an additional distributor should be placed after the pressure differential switch. The pressure gauge is generally mounted near the pressure differential switch, with the pipeline material requirements matching those of the manual lubrication system.
