Installation Methods for Tower Crane Monitoring

Upon reaching the crane platform, first secure the other end of the safety belt to the inner guard rail of the crane. The PTZ camera is typically mounted on the side facing the construction site. To secure the PTZ camera's cross arm: thread steel strapping through the top two holes to tighten and secure it to the guard rail, and below, add a 10CM-long guide rail. Then, use wire to fasten the cross arm to the guide rail.

2. The line laying process requires the camera power cables and 220V power supply cables to be sheathed with corrugated pipes, then securely tied around the railing with cable ties or wire ties. The cables should be laid "evenly, straight, and aesthetically pleasing," with an even spacing of cable ties not exceeding 15CM.

3. Connect the line, plug the 220V municipal power into the automatic reclosing pole, and insert the ball camera power plug securely.

4. Typically, tower cranes have a control box for lighting on the lower platform, where the electrical wire can be connected to one of the fuse's lower posts. Before connecting the power, use a multimeter or a tester to check the power point. If there is no lighting control box on the lower level of the tower crane, you can also obtain power from the distribution box in the crane's operating room.
