Team-building training is a continuous process of enhancing team vitality and fostering organizational growth, meticulously designed to meet the needs of modern team development with outdoor experiential simulation exercises. Recently, all 40 employees from an educational institution in Feixi visited an outdoor training base for an outdoor team-building activity.
This event revolves around the themes of "Working Together" and "Winning Together," aiming to strengthen employees' resilience, enhance team cohesion, and foster a sense of unity. Through the activities, all staff members can quickly integrate into the team, find a sense of community, and deepen inter-employee communication, which has also been well-received by many organizations and enterprises, especially by young people.
On the lawn of the training base, teachers are conducting the "Invincible Wind and Fire Wheel" team-building activity. All participants are divided into four groups, with each team creating a walking "tread" by gluing newspapers together. Members stand inside the wind and fire wheel and slowly advance. Throughout the activity, all team members must stay within the circle, and the "tread" must not break. The group that reaches the finish line first is declared the winner. There are many similar team-building projects, including trust falls, graduation walls, simulated electric grids, and survival on an island, which are highly favored by many young people.
In addition to the training bases offering expansion training, some travel agencies have also begun to handle the planning and arrangement of expansion training activities. A manager from a travel agency in Feixi introduced that since the summer vacation, they have organized over a dozen expansion training sessions. These expansion trainings are not only for adults but also for parent-child expansion training. Each session is a journey of self-transcendence. With the increasing demands on employees from units and enterprises, some organizations not only require individuals with strong personal abilities but also those with robust teamwork, execution, and cohesion.
