1. When customers book shipping space for export cargo with a shipping company, they should fill out the booking export entrustment form as indicated. The completed consignment note should be faxed or mailed to the shipping company, or customers can notify the company's document handler to pick it up. The consignment note must clearly state the following:

d. Destination Port (U.S. goods must be marked with MLB or ALL WATER, as well as the state name)
Box Type, Quantity
f. Quantity, Gross Weight, Dimensions
g. Freight Terms (Prepaid, Collect, Three-Party Payment)
h. Product Name (for hazardous materials, please indicate the hazard class and relevant precautions; for refrigerated containers, please specify the freezing temperature)
