U.S. FBA Air Freight Process: 1. Inventory Preparation: Provide goods information including item name, quantity, weight, box size, destination, recipient's name, address, phone, shipment time, shipper's name, phone, and address. 2. U.S. Air Freight Clearance Requirements: The U.S. air freight clearance now strictly enforces the mandatory declaration system for House/Manifest detailed information. A friendly reminder: to ensure the goods are on time for the scheduled flight, pay attention to the following points in the bill of lading preparation or operation: 1. Master Bill of Lading: If both the consignor and consignee are direct trading parties, the exact commodity name must be filled out on the bill of lading; if both are freight forwarders, the mixed cargo must be filled in the commodity column of the master bill of lading; each piece of cargo must have a house label affixed and accompanied by random documents. The house label must reflect the actual consignor and consignee and the commodity name, and 6 copies of the ** Manifest copy must be attached to the outside of the random document envelope. 2. Information requirements for master air waybill and house air waybill: A. Consignor and consignee names, not exceeding 35 characters (including letters and numbers); B. Street location, not exceeding 35 characters (including letters and numbers); C. City, not exceeding 17 characters (e.g., NEW YORK); D. State/Province, not exceeding 9 characters (e.g., NY); E. Country, not exceeding 2 characters (e.g., US). In addition to the above, the first 17 characters of the column must include the name of the city where the shipper is located. 3. Due to the U.S. customs' requirement to provide the loading status of each air waybill, as the station can only be assembled by MAWB at present, it is stipulated that each MAWB can only be accompanied by one HAWB; (HAWB stands for: House Air Waybill) 4. For palletized cargo, the accurate number of cargo pieces must be noted in the "Number Of Pieces" column of the MAWB and HAWB in the form of SLAC (Shipper's Load and Count), and a SLAC label must be affixed to one side of the cargo pallet. 5. U.S. customs does not accept terms similar to "SPARE PARTS" OR "ELECTRo"Please ensure that specific product names such as 'NIC GOODS' are clearly listed on both the HAWB and Manifest. Failing to do so may result in customs hold-ups upon clearance in the United States."
