It uses shearing force to convert long fibers into short fibers, followed by using the "grinding, pressure, and impact" between mediums to crush the short fibers into powder. Under low temperatures, the flexibility of herbal Chinese medicine materials decreases uniformly. In rapid cooling, uneven contraction of different parts generates internal stress, which is prone to cause cracking and fissures at weak areas, leading to a decrease in the bonding force of the material's internal structure. When subjected to a certain impact, it is easily broken into fine powder. Ultra-fine crushing can be achieved for materials with fibrous, high flexibility, high strength, high oil content, and high sugar content.
