Mirror finishing equipment is crucial for processing the surface smoothness of workpieces, boasting significant performance.
Each roller (workpiece, abrasive stone, water, etc.) workload does not exceed 45% to 55% of the roller mirror finishing equipment's volume.
2. The ratio of workpieces to grinding stones is generally 1:1 to 1:5, and for precise control during polishing with a polishing machine, it is 1:10. The specific workpieces should be determined after testing.
3. The standard management and training time for once-off mirror finishing equipment operations is approximately one hour. If it is deemed necessary to continue working, the analysis should be conducted after replacing the water and abrasive material approximately one hour later, ensuring the inner lining of the roller is within the heat-resistant limit and the temperature does not exceed 80°C.
4. The four roller loads in mirror finishing equipment should be equal; unequal loads or uneven load weights can lead to imbalance and danger, which should be avoided.
5. Be mindful that debris can accumulate between the workpiece, mirror polishing equipment's roller cover, and the edge of the roller. Due to poor sealing, polishing machines may generate splashes during operation. Therefore, ensure regular cleaning and rinsing.
Metal mirror processing equipment is available in two structural types for customer selection: chain drive or synchronous belt.
