Steel防爆Wall - Explosion-Proof Wall - 9.5mm thick fiber cement composite steel plate production
Details Introduction
The explosion-proof steel wall is composed of fiber-cement composite steel plates, channels, and rock wool. The company introduces the explosion-proof plates produced as follows:
1. Fiber cement composite steel plate is a composite fire-resistant board made by forcibly pressing two 9.5mm thick galvanized steel plates with holes on top and bottom onto fiber cement (composite steel plate thickness: 9.5mm, fiber cement thickness: 8.5mm, call a manufacturer for details). The fiber cement layer sandwiched between the two steel plates has an energy-absorbing function.
2. The explosion-proof wall features allow an explosion to occur within the enclosed explosion-proof housing without affecting any area outside of it. Steel plate, also known as what we commonly refer to as steel plate, has the required explosion-proof thickness and hardness.
3. Channel Steel: The frame is constructed with channel steel, which is then bolted or welded to steel plates. Please confirm the channel steel specifications with the manufacturer. (150mm x 50mm x 2mm C-shaped steel)
4. Filling Material: The explosion-proof wall is filled with rock wool between the double steel plates, with the requirement that the rock wool be densely filled (80KG/m³). The spacing between columns and crossbeams should not exceed 1.2 meters.
5. Interrupted welding with weld point length of 50 mm; weld height: 6 mm for steel plate thickness of 5 mm; 4 mm for steel plate thickness of 3 mm. Weld points start from the edge of the plate, with spacing of 100-110 mm (evenly distributed along the steel plate length). After the steel frame welding is completed, weld slag should be removed and the steel surface should be descaled. The base coat should be free of impurities, with strict prohibition of missed coating, peeling, or re-rusting.
6. Flatness tolerance: ±0.4; Perpendicularity tolerance: ±0.4.
7. Upon material arrival, the construction unit must cooperate with Party A and the supervisor for a joint on-site inspection and sample submission. The cost for passing inspections will be borne by Party A, while the cost for failing inspections will be covered by the winning bidder.
8. This project utilizes the atlas of "Anti-explosion and Explosion Relief Windows, Doors, Roof, and Wall Construction" GB14J938.
9. Technical requirements for dimension tolerance and drawings must be followed as required; for those without specific requirements, construction must be carried out according to the technical requirements and dimensions on the drawings (i.e., larger than the design size, not smaller).
