The CDW-20000AT round steel online degaussing machine features a mechanical and electrical separation design, comprising a power control system, DC magnetizing coil, DC degaussing coil, AC degaussing coil, feeding platform, feeding roller conveyor, discharging roller conveyor, and discharging platform. It can automatically degauss round steel and steel pipes online. Suitable for online degaussing of medium and low alloy steel and alloy steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from φ13 to 300mm and lengths from 3000 to 12000mm.
This equipment is controlled centrally by a programmable logic controller (PLC). In manual mode, each function can be operated independently step by step; in automatic mode, the device automatically executes the internal PLC program, pressing the work button to achieve a series of semi-automatic actions, including feeding onto the loading platform - feeding roller conveying - DC magnetization - DC demagnetization - AC demagnetization - stopping DC magnetization - stopping DC demagnetization - stopping AC demagnetization - feeding roller conveying - flipping the unloading platform to discharge, etc. Both DC magnetization and DC demagnetization use constant current source control output technology, allowing the magnetic field strength of DC magnetization and DC demagnetization to be adjustable.
