The flaw detector features a PLC control system with a separate mechanical and electrical design, and its output uses a wiring terminal with a fuse. All buttons operate at a safe voltage of 24V. The control center is equipped with a locked power cabinet, where wiring is standardized. It includes overload protection for the motor. In addition to using circuit breakers and fuses for overcurrent protection, the protective circuit also employs rapid-blow fuses, voltage-dependent resistors, and fusible circuits to safeguard the silicon-controlled rectifiers.
