Spring flaw detector

This machine is a specialized online magnetic particle inspection device designed for spring production, utilizing microcomputer-controlled PLC programs for high automation and ease of operation. Springs automatically enter the magnetic processing station, where the inspection process is completed in one go. The observation station rotates automatically, and the demagnetization and unloading are automated, with high detection sensitivity, meeting user requirements.
The microcomputer-controlled magnetic particle inspection machine is suitable for detecting extremely minute defects such as cracks and inclusions on and near the surface of various spring parts, caused by factors like material, forging, quenching, grinding, and fatigue. It is equipped with an automatic detection and alarm system for circumferential magnetization contact resistance, which automatically stops the machine and emits an alarm signal when the contact resistance between the electrode and the workpiece is too high, thus preventing the occurrence of burns and missed inspections. The machine's mechanical operations such as feeding, clamping, spraying, magnetization, rotation, and release are all controlled by a small industrial PLC. The program can be modified according to process requirements. The machine has passed provincial and ministerial evaluations, placing it at the leading edge domestically, reaching the level of advanced foreign products, and is listed as a national new product.
