Magnetic Particle Inspection MachineFor semi-automatic wet magnetic particle inspection equipment controlled by micro-computer, suitable for magnetic inspection of annular ferromagnetic parts with similar shapes such as flanges. It is core-controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), which controls the mechanical action program of the system, capable of completing the entire magnetic particle inspection process except for artificial observation of defects, either automatically or manually step by step. Circumferential magnetization uses the through-bar method, while longitudinal magnetization uses the coil induction method to achieve alternating current composite magnetization of the workpiece, thereby preventing workpiece burnishing. Our factory's developed silicon-controlled rectifier triggering system has the function of phase control during power failure, avoiding the omission of alternating current magnetization, thus allowing a single magnetization to detect extremely minute defects such as cracks and inclusions on the surface and inner surface of the workpiece caused by material, forging, quenching, grinding, and fatigue.
