Product Description: This series of equipment utilizes a programmable logic controller (PLC) for centralized control, enabling automatic completion of operations such as workpiece clamping, spraying magnetic suspension fluid, magnetization, manual observation of magnetic marks, and demagnetization according to a set program; it also allows for manual step-by-step operation. (Equipped with a fluorescent dark room, the fluorescent lamps can be moved left and right, and the dark room door can be opened and closed); the flaw detection time and process can be adjusted on-site according to the user's actual needs to ensure optimal results. The equipment is an integrated mechanical and electrical unit or can be set as a split (or integrated) structure as required, featuring comprehensive functions, a compact structure, reasonable design, attractive appearance, simple operation, high sensitivity, fast flaw detection speed, and can perform comprehensive overall flaw detection on various parts of components using circumferential, longitudinal, and composite magnetization. It is suitable for overall flaw detection on parts such as bolts, crankshafts, connecting rods, camshafts, steering knuckles, halfshafts, gears, bearing rings, train brake beams, front axles, universal joints, and other shafts, disks, pipes, and fork-like components in industries such as automobiles, internal combustion engines, tractors, and motorcycles.

1. Axial magnetization current: AC: 0-2000-4000A RMS, continuously adjustable, with power-off phase control.
2. Vertical magnetization magnetic potential: AC: 0-12,000-16,000 AT RMS, continuously adjustable, with power-off phase control.
