This microcomputer-controlled magnetic particle inspection machine is suitable for detecting extremely minute defects such as cracks and inclusions on the surface and near-surface of parts made from various ferromagnetic materials, caused by factors like material properties, forging, quenching, grinding, and fatigue. It is equipped with an automatic detection and alarm system for circumferential magnetization contact resistance. The machine automatically shuts down and emits an alarm signal when the contact resistance between the electrodes and the workpiece is too high, thereby preventing burn injuries to the workpiece and the occurrence of missed inspections.
This microcomputer-controlled magnetic particle inspection machine utilizes a small industrial PLC to control a series of mechanical actions such as feeding, clamping, spraying, magnetizing, rotating, and releasing, with its program customizable according to process requirements. The machine has passed provincial and ministerial-level appraisals, placing it at the forefront domestically, reaching the level of advanced foreign products, and has been listed as a national new product.
