2. The magnetic particle inspection equipment meets the process requirements
2.1 Utilizes fluorescent magnetic particle surface crack detection, with magnetization methods capable of revealing surface defects at each inspection point of the workpiece.
2.2 Properly and reasonably selecting process parameters, setting the current intensity, power-on time, and fluorescence intensity, etc., can ensure the required detection sensitivity; circumferential magnetization uses direct current method, and the current intensity should increase gradually from low to high. This machine employs a high-sensitivity contact resistance detection circuit, achieving non-burning of the workpiece's held area; the detection does not cause any damage to the workpiece surface. 2.3 This equipment is equipped with an automatic alarm device for non-powered workpieces. 2.4 It uses an external demagnetization method, with residual magnetic intensity less than 2 Gauss (0.2mT).
2.5 The machine can use water-based (or oil-based) magnetic suspension fluid, ensuring both effective flaw detection and compliance with safety and fire prevention requirements. 2.6 The flaw detector is equipped with a 250 demagnetization coil. 2.7 The machine can perform circumferential and longitudinal magnetization separately or simultaneously, and features a stepless adjustment of magnetization current.
AC Magnetizing Current: 0-2000A continuously adjustable, with power-off phase control (no false rejection). AC Longitudinal Magnetizing Force: 0-18000AT continuously adjustable, with power-off phase control (no false rejection). Electrode Spacing: 0-200mm. Magnetizing Principle:通电, core method. Magnetizing Mode: circumferential magnetization with 3 workpieces powered separately (with alarm system, each with separate alarm), longitudinal magnetization, and compound magnetization, three modes available for flexible selection. Operating Environment: -10°C to +40°C, relative humidity ≤80%. Storage Environment: temperature -20°C to 60°C, relative humidity ≤70%. Free of corrosive gases, dust, and strong high-frequency electromagnetic pollution. UV Intensity: UV intensity not less than 1000μW/cm2 at a distance of 380mm from the workpiece. Sensitivity Test: According to the standard JB/T6065-92 of the People's Republic of China for magnetic particle inspection standard test pieces, using standard No. 2A type test piece, the image is clear. Power Supply: three-phase four-wire, 380V±10%, 50HZ, about 80A. Workpiece Conveyance: chain and V-block combination, with reducer as power conveyance. Clamping Method: pneumatic clamping, pressure adjustable from 0.4 to 0.8Mpa (air supply provided by the user); Demagnetizing Method: specially designed demagnetizing mechanism, remote automatic demagnetizing; Demagnetization Effect: residual magnetism on the workpiece after demagnetization is less than 160A/m (2GS); Inspection Surface: all surfaces of the workpiece, including cracks and other defects.
Section 7: Operating Programs: Manual and Automatic Two Types.
Automatic process: manual loading - conveying - clamping - spraying - magnetization - releasing - automatic conveying - observation - placing in degaussing machine - automatic degaussing - unloading
