The Excavator Track Link Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection Line is a separate electromechanical, multi-combination structure, primarily used for wet inspection of the outer surfaces, end faces, and near-surface cracks of track links and shaft components in any direction. The equipment consists of several major parts, including an electrical control system, power supply system, auxiliary operating system, stepping mechanism, magnetizing spray system, magnetic suspension fluid circulation system, darkroom fluorescence observation system, degaussing system, and cleaning system.
The equipment's circumferential magnetization uses the center conductor electromagnetic magnetization method, the longitudinal magnetization employs the double-solenoid external magnetization method, achieving a one-time composite magnetization. It conducts a comprehensive inspection of various surface and near-surface cracks and minute defects in the workpiece. The AC magnetization current includes phase control for power interruption, suitable for both continuous methods and for detecting residual magnetism for flaw detection.
The equipment control circuit employs the Oualong brand programmable controller series CPM1A for centralized control. It features both manual and automatic control functions. In manual control mode, individual step-by-step manual operation control of each equipment function is possible. In automatic control mode, the equipment executes the PLC's internal automatic program, achieving semi-automatic control of a series of actions such as: feeding - stepping conveyance - cylinder clamping - magnetic suspension fluid spraying - composite magnetization - cylinder return - stepping conveyance unloading... Fluorescent observation inspection... degaussing - cleaning, and so on. The automatic program runs continuously in a loop. To immediately terminate, press the reset button switch, and the automatic program will immediately end, returning to the initial state.
The main circuit utilizes thyristor bi-polar voltage regulation technology, allowing the equipment's circumferential and longitudinal magnetization currents to be bi-polarly adjustable. The device features a dedicated pointer display gauge with high precision, is fully modular in design, ensuring safety and reliability, and is extremely easy to operate and maintain.
