Below, a manufacturer of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machines will briefly introduce the safety operation guidelines and precautions for the use of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machines.
Ensure that the power supply is checked before operating the fluorescent magnetic powder flaw detector. Only connect when it meets the specified requirements to prevent damaging the coil.
2. Inspect the magnetization intensity; after the portable rotating fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detector is powered on, the lifting force must not be less than 10N, and the U-shaped magnet clamp must not be less than 5N.
3. The magnetic particle probe must be powered on for 3 seconds before applying the magnetic powder.
Spray the magnetic powder and wait for 3 seconds before moving the magnetic probe to ensure effective accumulation of the powder at the defect.
5. The magnetic probe walking speed must not exceed 0.5M/min, and the probe can only be moved 2-3 seconds after magnetization.
