Uniform hole spacing, neat molding, and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Equipped with two grooves in the middle of the plank, it enhances the compressive strength of the steel plank. Even when bent under pressure, it can return to its original shape after pressure is removed, making the steel plank less prone to deformation, anti-slip, sand-proof, fire-resistant, and highly reusable.
Common specifications for hot-dip galvanized steel ladders are 2.0m x 210mm x 45mm, 3.0m x 210mm x 45mm, and 3.0m x 240mm x 45mm. The standard thickness of the steel ladder production material is 1.2mm.
Steel ladder material requirements: Made from cold-rolled galvanized steel strip with a thickness of 1.2-2.0mm, the material must comply with National Standard "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Carbon Structural Steel" (gb/700-70), and the steel quality should be above Q235.

Quality requirements for steel ladder platforms:
The hot-dip galvanized steel plank has dimensions of 2000mm-3000mm-4000mm in length, 240mm in width, and 45mm in height.
2. Hot-dip galvanized steel plank dimensions: length tolerance not exceeding 3.0mm, width not exceeding 2.0mm for the steel plank factory, and hole flange height tolerance not exceeding 0.5mm. Anti-slip hole diameter: 12mm x 18mm, hole spacing: 30mm x 40mm, flange height: 1.5mm.
3. The end plate and discontinuous rib plates are reinforced with spot welding, ensuring the welds remain flat.
4. Hot-dip galvanized steel plank surfaces should be flat, with surface deflection not exceeding 3.0mm.
5. The edges of hot-dip galvanized steel plank must be deburred.
6. The folding angle of the hot-dip galvanized steel ladder should be maintained at 90°, with no deviation exceeding 2°.
