Our company has developed an centrifugal oat dehuller, which primarily uses a high-speed rotating centrifugal disc to knock out husked oat grains. The disc features guiding grooves to ensure the grains maintain a fixed direction when impacting the ring, thereby cracking the oat hull into multiple parts. This process separates the oat kernel from the hull, completing the dehulling. Besides oat dehulling, it can also be used for dehulling other hard-to-dehull grains such as barley, rye, and glutinous millet.

The equipment has a high shell removal rate with minimal fragmentation, achieving a one-time shell removal rate of up to 80%.
