Working Principle
The slicing machine operates simply by utilizing its sharp cutting edge to slice objects and materials into thin pieces in proportion to a point or width. This is suitable for production or other uses.
Different slicers employ various slicing methods. For instance, in experiments where cells or tissues need to be processed for microscopic observation, the slices are made to facilitate study under a microscope. Optical microscopes utilize either rotary or sliding slicers.
In the paper industry, slicing machines are also required, including disk-type slicing machines, drum slicing machines, and spiral slicing machines, etc. The disk-type slicing machine consists of parts such as the blade disk, housing, feeding groove, and transmission unit. Its working principle is to use the heavy blade disk as a flywheel to stabilize the slicing process.
Another method involves cutting polymer strips into granules. This requires a specialized slicing machine, which consists of guide plates, feed rollers, pressure rollers, and a rotating blade disk. The working principle is as follows: the blade disk is driven by an adjustable speed drive, the feed roller is driven by the blade disk via a set of variable gears, and multiple blades are mounted on the blade disk according to the granule size. By changing the variable gears, the cutting length can be adjusted, and the adjustable speed drive can change the feeding speed of the strips.
Use Instructions
1. Lock the keyboard by using the "Keyboard Lock button" on the control panel.
2. During shutdown, the glass windows should be opened, and the machine should be completely dried before it is turned on.
3. Absolutely no casual shutdown of the cabinet compressor is allowed; otherwise, it will severely impact your work.
