Fermenter

Our designed fermentation tanks are of the standard type, which adopts a jacketed design when the nominal volume is below 6 m³. Cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is achieved through the jacket. For nominal volumes above 6 m³, the cooling of the fermentation gas is handled by vertical pipe racks, and we have made improvements to the pipe connections inside the tank. This continuous method has yielded satisfactory results in practical use.
Fermentation equipment tanks can be divided into two main categories: one is the cone-shaped tanks for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank types for aerobic fermentation (such as standard,伍式, self-priming, etc.). The standard tank type is most commonly used for this type of equipment. The design drawings and materials of our factory's fermentation tank series are for the standard tank type. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, we ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life, aiming for minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, and good gas and vapor contact as well as mixing performance to effectively facilitate mass transfer and gas exchange. There is adequate heat exchange area to ensure fermentation can occur at an appropriate temperature. We place emphasis on the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
