High-density busbars feature a structural design with high mechanical strength, excellent sealing, rapid heat dissipation, good shielding performance, and smokestack effect prevention.
The conductor employs a structure that overcomes edge discharge and sharp-angle damage to the insulating layer.
The insulation features an extruded full-wrap structure, providing seamless, dustproof, and waterproof protection with strong insulation properties and high voltage resistance.
The connection utilizes a non-penetrating double spring plate structure, ensuring the conductor's cross-sectional area remains unchanged. The contact surface of the conductor is uniformly loaded, and it avoids the potential risk of busbar system short-circuiting commonly associated with penetrating bolt structures. The installation process is significantly more convenient and quick compared to traditional methods.
The dense busbar slot cover is coated with galvanized layer to meet the continuous conductive anti-corrosion requirement of the housing, facilitating identification in low-light conditions and verifying whether the bolts are properly tightened during busbar installation. The independent earth wire utilizes an independently integrated earth wire (50% of phase wire cross-sectional area), ensuring a true three-phase five-wire system (other products use the housing as the earth wire). Conductive continuity is achieved with a unique corner nut, piercing the surface coating of the housing during assembly and installation, combined with the galvanized joint cover, forming a complete housing grounding protection circuit.
