详情描述
Pallet Racking, also known as a Smart Rack or Stacking Rack, is a multi-functional storage equipment derived from pallets, specifically designed for areas that are not suitable for traditional shelving investments, such as rental warehouses, low-height old-style warehouses, or temporary storage areas in workshops. Below is a detailed description of the Pallet Racking products:
I. Product Types
Pallet racks are generally categorized by structure into three types: fixed, detachable, and collapsible.
Fixed Pallet Racking: Also known as Quicklock Rack, made of welded steel sections, sturdy and durable. It allows for elevated stacking of heavy loads, enabling multi-tier storage, and is easy to move.
Detachable Pallet Racking: Also known as column racking, pipe racking, etc., it consists of a base and columns, featuring flexible structure for easy assembly and disassembly.
Folding Pallet Racking: Suitable for both loaded and empty stacking, it does not rely on shelves for storage, ideal for storing large quantities of finished products with uniform dimensions, large volume, and light weight.
II. Product Features
High space utilization: Pallet racks support vertical stacking, typically up to 3-4 layers, and can reach up to 5 layers, maximizing the three-dimensional space of the warehouse. Additionally, when not in use, they can be folded and stored, reducing unused area.
High Load Capacity: Single-layer load range varies from 500kg to 3000kg, accommodating different storage needs for various goods.
Sturdy Structure: Welded steel construction and anti-slip design ensure safe stacking. The greater the load, the more stable it becomes, offering excellent resistance to shaking such as earthquakes.
Flexibility and compatibility: Standardized specifications, fixed capacity, storage is clear at a glance, and easy for inventory management in warehouses. Compatible with 1210 or 1310 pallets, forklifts can access from all four sides. Additionally, the stacking racks can be freely placed based on the site conditions, offering easy mobility.
Wide application range: Pallet racks are suitable for use with mechanical handling equipment and can be utilized in various stages such as transportation, loading/unloading, and storage.
Section 3: Application Scenarios
Pallet racks are suitable for a variety of applications, including but not limited to:
Large, single specification, and lightweight finished product storage: such as classified storage and preservation of boxed, loose small items, and components.
High-efficiency storage environments: including corporate warehouses, port yards, food processing, chemical auxiliary materials, raw material turnover, vegetable storage, fabric stacking, beverage handling, and outdoor temporary storage, etc.
Areas not suitable for traditional shelving investment: such as rented warehouses, low-rise old-style warehouses, or temporary storage areas in workshops.
IV. Usage Standards and Precautions
Environmental Management: Ensure warehouse dryness to prevent rusting of metal parts.
Load Requirements: No overloading; ensure even placement of goods. Adhere to the principle of heavier on the bottom, lighter on the top, i.e., place heavier items at the bottom and lighter items at the top.
Safety Operations: Install an insulated lighting system to avoid forklift collisions. Forklift operations must strictly follow the manual to prevent pile racks from being struck.
Regular Inspections: Check for bracket deformation and loose screws monthly. Immediate maintenance is required if parts fall off or the surface peels off.
Stack Height Limit: No more than four layers (some products up to five layers), with anti-collapse warning signs required in storage areas.
Safety Management System: Warehouse managers shall establish a racking usage management system to ensure that each user is trained and adheres to the relevant regulations.
