Our XMJA-8000 series intelligent flow integrator is equipped with a dedicated integrated circuit developed and custom-manufactured by a Japanese IC manufacturer. It not only encompasses most of the functions of various regulating instruments in current automatic control systems but also integrates CPU, I/O interfaces, EPROM, and D/A conversion circuits. Supported by a comprehensive, meticulously programmed, and thoroughly debugged software system, it allows you to handle production processes with ease and agility.

Feature
1. Input Signal: Standard linear signal, Pt100 thermistor, frequency signal.
2. Available for squaring and small signal cut-off. 8 compensation points and parameters.
3, 4-digit instantaneous flow value display and 6 or 9-digit cumulative flow value display.
4. During frequency input, ultra-low frequency can be used for flow accumulation and instantaneous flow display.
5. Clearable flow accumulation value, reset cumulative flow value to zero.
6. Programmable volumetric flow metering, batch capable, and precise quantity control.
7. Transmitter Output: 0-10mA or 4-20mA.
8. Capable of controlling output for instantaneous and cumulative flow.
9. The system can combine two flow signals in a ratio, displaying the instantaneous flow and accumulating flow. Simultaneous simulation output of both channels is available.
10. Dual flow accumulation control, dual analog signal transmitters. Capable of batch and quantitative control.
11. After power-off, the parameters and cumulative flow values can be retained for up to 200 years.
12. Offer RS485 asynchronous serial communication in multi-host, single-host, and hostless modes. Communication data verification adheres to the CRC-16 American Data Communication Standard, with high reliability in cyclic checks and barcode verification.

Flow Screen: Displays instantaneous flow value during measurement; shows prompt for set parameters during setup.
Accumulated Flow Screen: Displays the accumulated flow value during measurement; during temperature and pressure compensation, the measurement display is converted through the keyboard's position key (3-digit temperature measurement value, 3-digit pressure measurement value); shows set parameters during setting.
