Corrosion-resistant magnetic float level gauge

PTFE-lined level gauges are suitable for measuring levels in corrosive media with high operating temperatures. They utilize an advanced process of stainless steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) stretch flanging, ensuring a reliable structure and long service life. They are the optimal choice for measuring levels in strongly corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid. PP-lined level gauges are ideal for measuring inorganic corrosive liquids. Thanks to the use of imported high-strength materials, they can approach the properties of metals, especially with the unique thermal insulation properties of PPR, making them suitable for outdoor water tank level measurements without freezing in winter. However, they do not offer the same temperature and pressure resistance as the PTFE-lined type, making them more cost-effective for lower temperature and pressure applications. Users can pair these gauges with remote transmitters to achieve local digital displays and output 4-20mA standard remote electrical signals for recording instruments or industrial process control requirements. They can also be used with magnetic control switches or proximity switches for level monitoring and alarms, or to control incoming and outgoing liquid equipment.
