Quartz Tube Level Gauges Introduction
The quartz tube level gauge is an upgraded version of the common glass level gauge. It is widely used in various transparent liquid containers and boilers in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, electricity, and metallurgy. It is also suitable for interface measurements between two different medium densities. This series is differentiated by color, with dual-color and single-color options. Depending on the ambient temperature of use, there are basic and heated-insulated models available.
The quartz tube level gauge is composed mainly of special-shaped quartz glass tubes, colored red and green filter glass plates, upper and lower body valves, and drainage valves. The level gauge forms a communicating vessel with the flange on the container. It utilizes the optical principle of refraction and reflection of light in the liquid, assisted by the colored red and green filter glass plates to make the liquid phase appear green and the gas phase red. The upper and lower valves of the instrument are equipped with safety steel balls. In case of accidental damage to the glass plate, the steel balls automatically close the liquid flow channel under the pressure inside the container, preventing excessive liquid leakage.

Installation and Usage
During installation, after the top and bottom flanges of the container are connected, please first slowly open the lower valve and then the upper valve. At this point, the liquid level gauge shows red for steam and green for liquid. All products are packaged in wooden boxes; please do not bang or strike them when unpacking.
III. Caution
The light tube, equipped with a 36V safe voltage, is already installed behind the water level gauge for illumination (the light source is already mounted on the product).
