An industrial explosion-proof platinum resistance thermometer is a type of temperature sensor. It is widely used in industrial automatic control systems. Through the temperature sensor, the temperature parameters of the control object can be converted into electrical signals, transmitted to display, recording, and regulating instruments, and the system can be monitored, adjusted, and controlled. In chemical factories and production sites, various flammable and explosive gases and vapors are often present. Using ordinary platinum resistances is extremely unsafe and can easily cause environmental gas explosions. Therefore, in such situations, explosion-proof thermocouples must be used as temperature sensors. Our factory's explosion-proof platinum resistance products are suitable for use in areas with explosive gas hazards within the temperature class range of d ii bt4 to d ii ct6. The explosion-proof thermocouples produced by our factory use imported components as the sensing elements, and their technical performance meets the industrial platinum electrical technology conditions and scale in ZBY301-85. At the same time, the products comply with the general requirements for explosion-proof electrical equipment used in explosive environments, as specified in GB3836.1-83 and GB3836.2-83 standards.

Principle Structure
Explosion-proof thermistors and assembled thermistors have similar structures and principles. The main difference lies in the junction box (housing) of the explosion-proof products.
The design incorporates a special explosion-proof structure, with the junction box made of high-strength aluminum alloy die casting, featuring ample internal space and walls.
