Yin Chuan Bao Feng Group urgently requests that our company supply two 2000-square-meter large heat exchangers within 15 days to address the urgent situation. The company's closed-loop water cooling system and large plate heat exchangers have been affected by high temperatures and water temperatures, leading to rubber strip aging, plate deformation, severe leakage, and internal water leakage, causing the equipment to malfunction and severely delaying production.

Our company swiftly responded to customer needs by promptly establishing an emergency project team. Wu Guoshun from the Yinchuan office and Dai Yan, the responsible person for board exchanges, promptly contacted the on-site technical supervisor at Baofeng. They confirmed the on-site situation through images and videos, remotely guided the completion of on-site surveys, and after multiple reviews, a detailed technical proposal and business contract were formulated on August 2. Concurrently, supply manager Lu Junxia actively negotiated with material suppliers, who fully cooperated, ensuring all necessary materials such as plates, strips, large panels, and screws for one equipment were in place within just three days.
In the sweltering summer heat, with temperatures hovering around 37 degrees Celsius, the department head of machining, Yan Zhiqin, convened a meeting with the staff. She emphasized the need to overcome challenges and to complete all machining tasks within five days. It was crucial to ensure that the panels were delivered to the customer's site within fifteen days. Welders Xu Wanjun, Wang Changcheng, Lu Qun, Wang Fenghua, and painter Jiao Hongcai all vowed to complete the machining tasks on time and up to quality standards.
Wan Weishan, the Director of the Sheet Metal Pressing and Assembly Workshop, had already prepared for the sheet metal processing before it arrived at the company. He arranged for all necessary preparations, including punching and pressing, and even scheduled overtime for the team to work on punching, pressing, and adhesive strip installation. On the early morning of August 6th, a hydraulic pressure line in the press suddenly burst, adding more stress to the already tense production. Despite the challenge, Wan Weishan remained calm and led his team to tackle the problem and repair the line overnight. The hydraulic line was fixed by noon the next day, and the press resumed normal operation and returned to working status.
Diligence pays off. With the collective efforts of all employees at Yuanwang Company, the board swap successfully passed the hydraulic test—no leaks detected—set off for Yinchuan with a heavy responsibility on the morning of August 16th, at 8 PM.
We extend our gratitude to Ningxia Baofeng Group for their trust in Yanzhou's Yuanwang!
