I. Principal Obligations of Construction Contractors
The main obligations outlined in the strengthened chimney subcontract clause are as follows.
Establish a project management team tailored to the project's needs, fulfill general (sub-contracted) contracts, organize and implement all construction management activities, and be responsible to contractors for the project's timeline and quality.
The following engineering work has been completed in the pre-construction phase by the labor subcontractor to reinforce the chimney.
We will deliver to the construction site subcontractors based on the terms and conditions of this contract.
(2) Successfully secured energy supply, communication, and infrastructure, to meet the needs of labor operations.
(3) Provide the relevant construction materials to labor subcontractors
(4) Provide temporary production and living facilities for labor subcontractors.
(3) Responsible for compiling construction organization designs, establishing unified management objectives, organizing the preparation of annual, seasonal, and monthly construction plans, material requirement plans, implementing quality control of construction work, construction timelines, safety production, civil construction, measurement inspections, test inspections, supervision and acceptance, quality supervision and acceptance of construction work, construction timelines, safety production, and civil construction, as well as measurement testing.
4. Responsible for the unified arrangement of survey and positioning, settlement observation, technical submissions, organization of drawing reviews, collection and organization of technical files, and acceptance of technical documents in the chimney reinforcement project.
5. Timely provision of drawings, prompt delivery of materials and equipment, supply of construction machinery and equipment,周转 materials, and safety facilities to ensure construction requirements are met.
