2. Surface Preparation 2.1 Use tools such as wire brushes, angle grinders, steel welding rods, chisels, shovels, etc., to remove soot, cement slag, grease, and other attachments from the chimney surface.
2.2 The base surface has been eroded by the medium, its shape is loose. When there are significant height differences, the surface should be leveled with mortar chisels in front of the scraped cement medium.
On 2.3, the surface should be compacted and level, without any striking.
2.4 The loose layer eroded by corrosive medium must be cleanly covered and coated, neutralized with a chemical substance that poses no potential hazard to concrete, and repeatedly rinsed with clean water.

During construction, when handling is inconvenient, use resin mortar or polymer cement mortar for leveling.

3.1 The base must be dry, with the moisture content of the 20mm thick layer not exceeding 6% for coating application.

To ensure good adhesion and heat resistance, the coating interval should not be less than 6 hours, with the application temperature controlled at 5 or below 40°C, and relative humidity should not be less than 85% when above 3°C.
3.4 Chimney beautification project involves two methods: high-temperature silicone paint. 3.5 Within the range of 38.6 meters to 49.1 meters, use color rings, each segment being 1.5 meters long. The line must be precise, and the brush should be divided into boundary lines, ensuring that no color bleeds into other areas.
When applying the 3.5 coating, ensure it is evenly brushed to prevent leakage, misapplication, drips, bubbles, and no visible wrinkles.
3.6 The thickness of each coating and the total thickness of the paint film should be maintained during brushing.
After the completion of the previous phase, approval must be obtained for the construction of the next phase before proceeding.
Construction should not be carried out on foggy, rainy days, or when the relative humidity is high.
