Establishment and refinement of the standard system
With the rapid expansion of the AZM market, standardized construction has become crucial for the healthy development of the industry. China has issued the industrial standard YB/T 4634-2017 "Continuous Hot-Dip Al-Zn-Mg Alloy Coated Steel Plates and Steel Strips," which clearly stipulates key indicators such as chemical composition, coating weight, and mechanical properties; the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is advancing the standardization of AZM products, with the first version expected to be released in 2026. In terms of testing methods, the Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) technology has been developed for rapid and non-destructive detection of coating composition, achieving detection accuracy up to 0.1 wt%; in the field of切口 protection performance evaluation, a dynamic monitoring system based on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) has been established to provide a scientific basis for quality control.
