Performance and Applications
1. This series of products is easily dispersible or soluble in water, offering excellent wettability, penetration, and emulsifying properties. Adding a small amount of this product to the pretreatment formula can achieve refined effects.
2. Used as a degreaser, cleaner, emulsifier, and refining agent component in the textile and leather processing industries.
3. Offers exceptional emulsifying effects on amino silicone and dimethyl silicone oils, enhancing their performance post-use. Requires less dosage than conventional silicone emulsifiers, resulting in more stable emulsions. It also boasts strong penetration, able to reach the core of fibers, thereby delivering a more satisfying soft feel.
4. Metalworking additive, multi-functional detergent, degreaser, household care cleaner, vehicle, public facility, ultrasonic cleaner.
5. This product does not contain a benzene ring structure, making the products produced from it the next generation of environmentally friendly products.
6. Mix this product to a concentration of 80~90% for a uniform fluid, which is easier to use and more effective.
7. E-1340, as an environmentally friendly emulsifier, can replace alkylphenol emulsifiers such as TX-40 and NP-40.
Packaging and Storage
200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic buckets packaging. E-1340 is sold in 20kg bags.
This product is non-toxic, non-flammable, and should be stored and transported according to general chemical guidelines. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
