Penetrating Agent JFC-1JFC-2 Penetrant

Technical Specifications
Appearance: Micro-yellow to colorless viscous liquid (as observed at 25°C)
pH Value: 5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Cloud Point: 40~50℃ (1% aqueous solution)
Penetration Strength: ≥ Standard Product (JFC) (0.1% Solution)
Performance and Features
1. Soluble in water with excellent permeability; the permeability is unaffected above the cloud point.
2. Used as a penetration agent in the textile industry for processes such as sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization, etc. Also serves as an assistive agent for dyeing and finishing baths.
3. Used as an penetrant in the leather industry, it can also serve as a degreaser.
4. Features strong wool cleaning ability, easy to remove various oil stains, and soft handle.
Application
1. Penetration: In processes such as textile, dyeing, and finishing, where anionic penetrants are not applicable, this additive can be used instead, typically at a dosage of 1~5g/L.
2. Desizing: When using biological enzymes for starch desizing, adding JFC-1 can accelerate the process, with a general dosage of approximately 0.1% of the liquid weight.
3. Fiber Refining: During the refining process of acetate fiber and other composite fibers, adding 2~5g/L of refining solution and 5g/L of sodium chloride can enhance the refining effect.
4. Wool Clean Wash: The penetrant JFC-1 has the ability to wash wool without leaving residue on the fibers, ensuring no yellowing or defects. The fiber feels soft as well. This penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline, or acidic environments and can be mixed with soap in hard water or used alone. Optimal temperature for use is 40-50°C.
5. Wool Carbonization: Add penetrant JFC-1 at 0.5~1g/L during wool carbonization to shorten the carbonization time, reduce acidity, and enhance the carbonization effect.
