Performance and Features
1. This product is a highly pure organic compound with single nature, non-toxic and safe, non-volatile, non-flammable, easily biodegradable, and soluble in general organic solvents, dispersible in water.
2. This product is a new-generation polyether surfactant, which can serve as both an excellent emulsifier and antifoaming agent. It is applicable in various water systems such as papermaking processes, wastewater treatment, chemical cleaning, textiles, dyeing and printing, rubber, leather production, and more.
Application
1. This product serves as an excellent emulsifier for oil-based defoaming agents, participating in the preparation of composite water-based defoaming agents.
2. This product can be directly dispersed in water, used as a defoaming agent in water systems; the defoaming efficiency of this product is higher than its anti-foaming efficiency.
3. The recommended general dosage is 0.05-0.5%, with the specific amount determined after testing each process sample.
Packaging and Storage
Tonnage drums or 200Kg plastic drums packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
