Chlorinated paraffin emulsifier

【SPECIFICATION】Chlorinated Paraffin Emulsifier
【Chemical Composition】Compound of various surfactants
I. Performance Features
1. This product is compounded of various surfactants and synergistic additives.
2. This product disperses in water and dissolves in most organic solvents, exhibiting strong emulsifying power.
3. The prepared chlorinated paraffin emulsion is fine and stable, widely used in metal processing and flame-retardant industries.
II. Physical and Chemical Specifications
Appearance: Yellow thick liquid
Solids Content: ≥92%
pH Value: 5.0-7.0 (1% water solution)
Recommended Dosage: 12%
Section 3: Emulsification Process
Mix 12KG of chlorinated paraffin emulsifier into 100KG of chlorinated paraffin, and thoroughly blend to obtain a transparent emulsion oil.
⑵ While stirring, add water to the emulsion in batches, 5KG at a time, with a 1-minute interval between each addition.
⑶ Note: Within the 50KG water volume, the drop acceleration must be slow; otherwise, a fine particle emulsion cannot be obtained.
After adding a certain amount of water, the material turns from transparent to milky white with a blue sheen, and its viscosity sharply increases. At this point, it is essential to ensure the overall uniformity of stirring to successfully transition the material from an oil-in-water state to an emulsion state.
After 50KG of water, you may gradually increase the speed of adding water. At this point, the material should have passed the sticky stage and become less sticky yet thicker, with a blue sheen appearing on the vessel's walls.
Determine the water amount based on the emulsion concentration to obtain a white, fine emulsion with a blue sheen.
Packaging and Storage
50kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
