Performance and Applications
1. This product is a multifunctional anionic and non-ionic sulfate surfactant. As a versatile emulsifier and stabilizer in emulsion polymerization, it is widely used in the polymerization of vinyl acetate, butadiene, and various monomers. It features anionic structure as well as non-ionic properties, enabling it to provide intermolecular attraction and easily interact with monomers.
Excellent emulsifying ability, usage rate of 0.4~1.0%. Inorganic salt content less than 0.5%.
2. Can enhance control over particle size, achieving an extremely narrow particle size distribution.
3. Resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hard water, and stable at high temperatures.
4. Excellent mechanical stability, capable of withstanding stronger stirring and pumping action.
