Product Description
Soft80 is a microemulsion formed by the high-pressure fusion of oxidized polyethylene wax, special surfactants, and a unique formula. It is a non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive non-ionic emulsion that dissolves easily in water, boasts excellent acid, alkali, and electrolyte resistance, compatibility with resins, and is resistant to stratification and aggregation. The composition of this emulsion is consistent, offering great chemical stability and long-term storage without stratification. It is primarily used for smoothing and anti-wrinkle finishing of cotton, polyester-cotton, medium and long fiber fabrics, etc. It particularly improves the sewability of fabrics, prevents the formation of needle holes. After treatment, the fabric feels soft, has good elasticity, and enhances the wrinkle recovery angle.

Performance and Features
1. This product is suitable for use in water-based coatings systems and as polish or finish for flooring, leather, furniture, automotive, and paper products.
2. Widely applicable in the production processes of industries such as water-based inks, liquid shoe polish, and metal release agents.
3. Used in the plywood industry. Replacing paraffin waterproofing agents with emulsified wax in the production of fiberboard and particleboard can significantly reduce costs.
4. In the paper industry, using emulsified wax instead of rosin gum not only improves the quality of paper but also reduces production costs.
5. Used in agriculture, as a preservative for fruits and vegetables to prevent aging, drought, frost damage, and sunscald from having harmful effects. After harvesting flowers, soak them in water and then treat with emulsified wax to extend their lifespan.
6. Emulsified wax can be used as a lubricant in ceramic production, as a finish for plastic products, and as a polishing agent for vehicles.
7. Excellent release agents for polyurethane industry and other special industries.
8. Adding to leather finishers enhances the waxiness and luster of leather; when mixed with dye ink, it also improves leveling and prevents the coating from sticking when heated.
9. This product boasts excellent heat stability and does not yellow. In the textile industry, it is primarily used as a softener and sizing aid. Widely applied in the finishing processes of涤/棉,涤/粘（腈）, cotton, and pure synthetic fabrics, this softener evenly penetrates the fibers, forming an oxide polyethylene film around the yarns. This results in a soft and silky feel to the finished fabric. It also improves the fabric's physical properties, reduces wear and tear, enhances tear resistance, and has no impact on rubbing colorfastness or wet washing fastness. It increases the crease recovery angle and can be used with various additives in resin and general finishing processes.
