Plate evaporator plates are designed for applications involving temperature-sensitive or precise media, and they perform excellently in the multi-stage evaporation of highly concentrated products. The energy-saving plate evaporator, developed based on the advantages of plate heat exchangers, features a special corrugated plate design that generates high-intensity turbulence, offering higher efficiency and cost-effective operation compared to traditional tube-type evaporators. In terms of energy conservation, it can perform counter-current heat transfer evaporation, significantly reducing the temperature difference between the two ends. To increase or decrease capacity, simply add or remove a plate assembly on the existing frame.
