Operation Tips
All woodworking machine tools operated by a designated person must have the operator pass an examination and hold a "Machine Operation Certificate" for that specific machine tool. For woodworking machine tools without a designated operator, any person using the machine must also hold a "Machine Operation Certificate" for the machine tool.
Carefully follow the general rules for woodworking machine tools:
(1) Ensure thorough preparation prior to operations:
1. Machines operated by dedicated staff require careful reading of shift handover records to understand the previous shift's machine operation status and any questions.
2. Inspect the machinery and work site; any debris not related to the operation should be removed.
3. Safety protection equipment should be completely intact. Machines without protective equipment are strictly prohibited from operation.
1. View operations should be in a non-operational position.
2. Ensure the electrical component box is sealed and reliable, and the electrical grounding is released.
3. Ensure the oil level in the smooth storage section is sufficient and sealed. Oil gauges, oil cups, oil nozzles, etc., should be complete, properly installed, and oil outlets free of blockages. Refuel according to the smooth chart guidelines.
4. Machines with parking bays for more than one shift should undergo an empty operation trial run. Normal operation is acknowledged before they can be used.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail during operations:
1. Machines are operated by designated personnel who must remain at their posts, operate meticulously, and avoid any non-essential activities. When leaving the machine, they must park and shut off the power. After operation, those using the machine without a designated operator must also park and shut off the power.
2. Knives and wood should be secured correctly and fastened reliably.
3. Mechanical speed change for transmission and feed is necessary after the tool is removed from the workpiece to park.
4. Pay close attention to ensure no nails in the wood to prevent damage to cutting tools.
1. Pay close attention to the machine tool's operating, lubrication, temperature rise, and sound conditions. In case of any abnormalities, stop immediately and inspect, rectify the issue before resuming operation.
2. When a machine tool incident occurs, stop immediately, maintain the scene of the incident, and report to the relevant department for analysis and handling.
(3) Ensure thorough completion after operations:
1. Place the operator handle in the non-operational position and disconnect the power supply.
2. Clean machinery and sanitize the work area.
3. Fixed machines operated by dedicated staff; all operators should record any machine-related queries found during their shift in the handover log book, ensuring a smooth transition of duties.
