The equipment adapts to inland waterway vessels with constraints such as limited engine room layout space and inability to provide continuous power supply. In collaboration with multiple higher education institutions, our company has jointly developed a new generation of JSDJ (B) type shipboard domestic wastewater treatment units suitable for the operation environment of inland waterway vessels. The unit employs a composite treatment process integrating anaerobic, biological contact oxidation, electro-coagulation, MBR, and ultraviolet disinfection technologies to treat the blackwater from vessel toilets. The product has already been recognized by authoritative departments and the effluent water quality far exceeds the requirements of the IMO.MEPC. 159(55) and GB10833-89 emission standards.
Compared to the ocean ship,the inland river ship has he characteristics of small space, can not be continuouspower supply and other characteristics, our company and Harbin Engineering University,developed a new generationof SWCM (N) type marine sewage treatment plant.Device adopts wih anaerobic, biological contactoxidation, electricflocculation MBR . UV disinfection technology of the composite process to deal with the Inland Ship toiletBlackwater, Theindex of treated water is much better than requirements of tle IMO.MEPC.159 (55) and GB 10833-89, and areapprovedby Jiangsu Provincial maritime bureau.
