WoodworkingBand SawsA commonly used log sawing machine, it can perform longitudinal and flat sawing on logs. Its working principle is to achieve the purpose of sawing wood by continuously rotating two saw wheels with a circular blade. How to extend the service life of a large woodworking bandsaw? Learn about the safety regulations for large woodworking bandsaws from a small tape.
1. The blade should be properly adjusted and tuned; abnormal sounds indicate dangerous items, and upon inspection, it was found to be overused. The width of the side wing crack on the saw blade exceeds 1/6, with 1/8th cracks at joint points, two consecutive missing teeth, and more than three joints, which are not fit for use. The cracking area should be drilled into the seam.
Logs must be close to the carriages, hooks must not be loose, and crowbars must not be used. Limbs should not be extended over the edge of the express car to prevent collisions.
Adjust the front end size of the solid wood跑车...Be careful to inspect and remove nails and other debris when sawing old materials...
No sawyers allowed on board. Do not unload logs until the vehicle has come to a complete stop.
5. The tape measure should be accurately adjusted before cutting, and it must not be changed after cutting. The feed speed should not be too high, and it is strictly prohibited to adjust the saw clamp or clean debris, bark, etc. during operation.
6. Avoid rapid reversing and ensure to check and clear barriers, wooden gaps, and if wooden debris exceeds 50 centimeters, prevent the saw blade from being cut upon reversing.
7. Begin collaborating on small band saw operations, don't push around assholes. The feeding hand should not enter the table, and the feeding hand should not exceed the saw kerf. When sawing, use the pusher bar.
