详情描述

Fully automatic tempering production line, including two box furnaces, quenching tank, conveying system, and a station for two material boxes.

During heat treatment of steel, open the box furnace when the working temperature is significantly above 860°C. After opening the upgraded furnace door, the robotic arm transports the furnace material to the quenching medium. Subsequently, the material is annealed in the air-circulating box furnace. Here, good temperature uniformity is crucial.

The quenching tank uses oil or water as the quenching medium. Depending on the type of steel and the required cooling speed, the charge can also be hardened or quenched through an air quenching box.

Adopt分级 solutions based on different process requirements. For lighter charge weights, a manual tempering production line can be used, consisting of a box furnace, quenching tank, and manual manipulator. For heavier loads and higher processing speeds, semi-automatic or fully automatic equipment is recommended. Here, the charge is loaded into the hot electric furnace by a manipulator and then removed in the heated state and transferred to the quenching medium.

The quench delay time from opening the furnace door to fully immersing in the quenching medium is specified by the customer to match the process. A single driven robotic arm is required for rapid delay times. The importance of the quench delay time is not high, as a trolley furnace can also be used when parts are heavy and walls are thick. The trolley is electrically driven out of the furnace, and components can be removed and quenched using a crane available on site. If the parts are long and the quench delay time requirement is low, a cover furnace can be used. The furnace cover is opened in the hot state, followed by removing the batch and quenching it using a C-shaped hook provided by the customer through a crane.
