Air conditioner vent refers to the outlet of the indoor unit, which can be mounted on the wall of the indoor unit or placed directly outside of it. It is used to exhaust the hot air from within the indoor unit, lower the indoor temperature, and also to bring in fresh outdoor air.

Common types of air conditioning ventilation outlets include double-slat baffles and self-hanging baffle outlets.
