The Youke MG series high-pressure magnetic gear pumps are specifically designed for the conveyance of corrosive, hazardous, and other non-lubricating fluids. Their flow rate range is from 20 ml/min to 60 l/min, and they are widely used due to their metering characteristics and reliable sealing performance.

 

Advantages:

● Sealed and driven simultaneously by magnetic couplings, ensuring zero leakage.

● Static sealing is achieved with O-rings, eliminating the need for a rotating shaft seal.

● The gears have been optimized for operation, effectively reducing noise and pulsation during use.


Materials: 304, 316, Hastelloy, etc.

Seal: Magnetic seal. Installation: Motor mounting, base foot mounting.

Pressure: 1 to 100bar (depending on viscosity).

Viscosity: 0.5~3000 cps. Temperature: -20~130℃
