1. To ensure the safe operation of the lifting platform, the user must conduct regular inspections and have it supervised and maintained by designated personnel. Operators must adhere to the safety operation manual, and only those responsible for operating the platform should be allowed to do so. They must be proficient in the structural performance and usage of the platform before conducting independent operations. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating the lifting platform, and it is strictly forbidden to carry passengers on the platform.
Before operation, all switches and safety devices should be checked for proper functioning, and the protective gate should be securely closed. Perform several empty-load ascents and descents to expel any remaining air in the hydraulic cylinder and observe the mechanical operation for normalcy. Only use the platform when there are no issues identified. Do not exceed the rated load capacity when using the platform.
Operators must regularly conduct scheduled inspections of the platform's mechanical, electrical, pumping station components, and safety devices.

7. When the lift platform is not in use, under maintenance, or being cleaned, the power to the platform must be turned off, and a "Maintenance in Progress or Cleaning in Progress" sign must be placed.
8. During operation, the lift platform must not be arbitrarily changed in direction. It should only be altered after the platform has come to a complete stop. It is prohibited to switch the power supply on and off abruptly or to frequently tap the buttons.
