Product Features >>
Currently, the market predominantly uses metal sheet structures. Made from ordinary steel plates, they are expensive to produce, difficult to construct, and require painting for corrosion resistance as well as waterproofing to prevent water leakage. This leads to high maintenance costs and time consumption for the owners in the later stage.
Glass fiber reinforced plastic water trays are primarily designed to collect roof rainwater, smoothly draining it into the sewage system via downspouts, especially for large-span buildings: Due to the wide roof area and large water collection capacity, the gutters must ensure sufficient flow area. Therefore, they need to have adequate strength, rigidity, corrosion resistance, and leakage prevention.

Fiberglass Sump Advantages >>
1. Resistant to aging, acid and alkali corrosion, and durable, the product has a lifespan of approximately 20 years. (The high-performance resistance to chemicals is notably superior to that of color steel plates.)
2. Cost-effective with reduced construction difficulty (Typically, steel plate gutters are produced using folded plate technology, with lengths often limited to 3 meters, which increases the cost and complexity of joint construction), while FRP rainwater gutters are continuously formed on a mechanized production line without length restrictions, reducing the number of joints, simplifying installation and waterproofing, and effectively reducing construction costs.
3. The product surface is glossy, with excellent self-cleaning capabilities and low maintenance costs.

Applicable Industries >>
High-corrosion-resistant roof tiles and wall tiles for buildings in industries such as chemical processing, smelting, fertilizer production, coking, casting, dyeing, carbon, ceramics, leather, galvanized, and acid manufacturing plants.
