Hydraulic lifting platforms primarily operate through the transmission of pressure from hydraulic oil, enabling lifting and lowering functions. Their scissor mechanical structure ensures high stability during lifting, with spacious working platforms and high load-bearing capacity. This allows for a wider range of high-altitude operations and is suitable for simultaneous work by multiple people. It enhances the efficiency of high-altitude work and ensures greater safety. What issues might arise after the installation of a hydraulic lifting platform? The following points are potential problems that may occur:
A leak occurred. Due to loose parts, vibration, and heat in the machine, the sealing surfaces and pipe joints may leak. Some defects, such as casting and machining, are difficult to detect during assembly and debugging. However, due to vibrations and impacts during operation, these defects become apparent, resulting in oil (or water) leakage. Therefore, leaks are more prone to happen during the磨合 period.
2. Poor lubrication, due to the smaller clearance of new assembled parts and the difficulty in ensuring uniformity of the clearance due to assembly reasons, it is hard for lubricating oil (grease) to form a uniform film on the friction surface, which prevents wear. This consequently reduces lubrication efficiency and leads to premature abnormal wear of the parts. In severe cases, it can cause scoring or galling on the precision mating friction surfaces, resulting in failure.
3. Looseness has arisen, with newly machined and assembled parts exhibiting deviations in geometric shape and mating dimensions. During the initial use phase, the parts are prone to loosening due to the effects of alternating loads such as impacts and vibrations, as well as influences from heat and deformation, compounded by excessive wear.
4. Rapid wear rate. Due to factors such as the processing, assembly, and adjustment of new machine parts, the friction surface is rough and the contact area of the mating surfaces is small, leading to uneven surface stress. During operation, the protruding parts of the parts interlock and wear against each other, with fallen metal shavings acting as abrasive materials, further accelerating the wear of the mating surfaces. Consequently, parts, particularly the mating surfaces, are prone to wear quickly during the磨合 period. If the machine is overloaded at this time, it may lead to component damage and early failure.
5. There are numerous operational errors. Due to insufficient understanding of the machine's structure and performance, especially for new operators, malfunctions and even mechanical accidents can easily occur due to operational mistakes.
