Blasting Test Bench - Manual Control

The manual爆破test bench is a pressure testing system developed by our company based on the working principle of pneumatic fluid pressure increase, tailored to the specific conditions in our country. This test bench is used for static pressure and burst pressure tests on various components.


Application Range:

Automotive steering tubes, brake lines, air conditioning lines, fuel lines, coolant water lines, radiators, heater hoses, hydraulic equipment, condensers, evaporators, air filter element hoses, turbocharger system hoses, car brake pumps, cylinder blocks, engineering hydraulic hoses, aviation hoses and fittings, rigid pipes, connectors, valves, pressure gauges, pressure vessels, pressure transmitters, etc.



Main Technical Parameters:

Pressure Range: 1-400 MPa

◎Drive Gas (Compressed Air): Pressure 0.4-0.8 MPa, Flow Rate ≥ 0.6 nm³/min (Standard Cubic Meters/Minute)

Test Station: 1 station or multi-station

◎Measurement accuracy of pressure gauge: ±2.5 grade

Test Medium: Water, hydraulic oil, or other liquids (optional);

Medium Temperature: -20℃~120℃ ±3℃ * (Optional)

◎Drive Air Pressure: ≤7bar

The pipeline system utilizes non-welded connections.

A variety of matching workwear, catering to different installation methods for test pieces.

During the test, pressure compensation can be automatically performed; after the specimen breaks, the pressure drops rapidly, and the pressure application can be manually stopped.

During the pressure test, the pressure can be adjusted at any time for single or multi-section holding pressure tests, or directly exploded after holding pressure. The pressure rise speed is controlled by manually adjusting the speed control valve, allowing for stepless adjustment.

Specialty-designed protective gear effectively safeguards operators and equipment from injuries during explosions.
