Section 1: Introduction to Airtightness Testing Equipment

Jinan Deko's airtightness testing equipment is particularly suitable for valve piping, high-pressure vessels and their fittings, and other pressure equipment for hydrostatic testing. It can meet the factory inspection requirements for products such as drilling blowout preventers, oil (gas) trees, wellhead equipment, choke and kill manifolds, and simultaneously conduct tests on these products. This model of airtightness testing bench is applicable to pipeline materials in oil engineering, blowout preventers, valves, gas wellhead equipment, manifolds, downhole tools, and pressure vessels for aviation, scientific research institutions, and various industries for airtightness testing.

Test Pressure: 10MPa, 25MPa, 40MPa, 60MPa, 100MPa, 120MPa, 150MPa.

2. Test Medium: Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Helium, or Customer-Specified Medium

4. Test Station: 1 Station or Multi-Station

5. Pressure Accuracy: 0.5% F.S.

6. Pressure Control Accuracy: 2% F.S.

7. Operating Environment Temperature: Room Temperature -15 to 150℃
